We install water mains and service connections for Irish Water Developer Services schemes, local authority infrastructure, and private civil contracts. Our work covers PE100 HDPE and Ductile Iron (DI) pipelines of all diameters, from residential development mains through to large-diameter transmission mains on major infrastructure schemes. All installation works are carried out in accordance with IW-CDS-5020-03 (Revision 2, July 2020) and the associated Irish Water Standard Details (IW-CDS-5020-01). We carry out the complete installation scope including pipe laying, jointing, valve chamber construction, service connection fitting, and preparation of as-constructed documentation for submission as part of the Final Documents.
What We Carry Out
- PE100 HDPE and Ductile Iron pipelines, all diameters
- Large-diameter HDPE mains — butt fusion and electrofusion jointing to WIS 4-32-08
- Valve chamber construction — sluice valves, scour valves, air valves, hydrant installations (80mm BS 750)
- Service connection fittings — electrofusion tapping tees for PE mains, saddle/ferrule for DI mains
- Tee and fitting installation; dead-end thrust blocks and anchor blocks
- GPS joint location records for Final Documents submission
- Blue polyethylene warning tape (400mm wide) installed above all water supply pipework
- All works in accordance with IW-CDS-5020-03, IW-CDS-5020-01 Standard Details, and CESWI
