Condition surveys and night flow audits during the Defects Liability Period (minimum 12 months between Conformance Certificate and Completion Certificate) — carried out on behalf of developers to support Completion Certificate application.
Get a QuoteThe Defects Liability Period (DLP) is a minimum period of 12 months — or such other period as specified by Irish Water — between the issue of the Conformance Certificate and the issue of the Completion Certificate (IW-CDS-5020-03, Section 1.11). During this period, the Developer is responsible under the Connection Agreement for the cost of rectification of any defects in or connected to the Works. Irish Water requires night flow audits to be carried out during the DLP at the frequency required by their field engineers. We carry out the full DLP audit programme on behalf of developers — from initial night flow auditing through to final condition survey and preparation for Completion Certificate application.
